Caracol Package
Caracol is one of the largest Maya sites, having an immense agricultural field system and elaborate city planning. Numerous carved monuments establish that Caracol was a major player in the geopolitics of the Maya civilization. Caracol was an ally of Calakmul in Campeche, Mexico, and engaged in several wars with neighboring polities, such as Tikal, Naranjo, and Ucanal in Guatemala. At the peak of its political power, it was estimated that almost 100,000 people populated Caracol, covering an area of approximately 38 square miles.

Pine Ridge Package
One of the highest waterfalls in Central America, the Thousand Foot Falls in western Belize sends water plummeting nearly 1,600 feet into a deep gorge below. Thousand Foot Falls is located in Belize’s enormous Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve, a protected nature area teeming with wildlife and unique avian species that measures more than 430 square kilometers (106,000 acres) in size.
The Rio Frio Cave is considered one of the best caving systems throughout Belize. With a length of around a quarter mile, there is no shortage of natural wonders along the way. Explore the many natural fresh-water pools, waterfalls and stalactite formations. This is one of the top attractions within the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve and is easily accessed at the entry point of the reserve. The view of the entry of the cave is in itself amazing, standing 65 feet tall. What awaits inside is nature at its most spectacular forms.
Big Rock stands tall with a small pool at the bottom of it, flowing into a bigger cenote that rushes over large rocks (hence, the name.) After numerous wooden stairways plunging into the forest, you will arrive at the bottom where the 150-foot waterfall stands. After all those steps, launching yourself off a rocky cliff into the pool is just what you need. If you’d rather a more relaxing entrance, simply wade amongst the rocks before dipping into the big cenote at the foot of the falls.
